In compliance with the provisions of Law no. 144\/2015, of 08.09, LUX IN PORTUGAL, Lda. provides the necessary information so that the consumer customer can exercise their right to complain to an official, third party and impartial entity if they want help in resolving the dispute in question.<\/h5>\n

Alternative dispute resolution is expected to be less expensive, less bureaucratic and faster than the judicial route.
The consumer client can turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Body.<\/p>\n
